All prescription weight loss treatments provided by Pharmacy Weight Loss Rhyl are subject to a clinical assessment carried out by our prescribing pharmacist. Submitting a questionnaire does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your health, medical history, and current medications. Providing false or misleading information is a serious risk to your health and may result in immediate termination of your account.
Prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our pharmacist prescriber. Prescriptions remain the property of Pharmacy Weight Loss Rhyl and are non-transferable.
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details. Prices are subject to change, but you will always be informed of the cost before completing your purchase.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day via a tracked delivery service. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays or adverse weather.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery. We are not liable for packages lost or damaged after a confirmed delivery has been made.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved by our pharmacist and dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible via our official contact channels.
Once a prescription has been issued and medication dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund, in accordance with Regulation 28 of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, which prohibits the return of dispensed prescription medicines.
If your order is declined at the clinical assessment stage, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 10 working days.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
